Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your pop-up sink stopper.
Will this stopper fit my sink?
It is designed for bathroom sink drain openings measuring 1.1–1.25 inches (approximately 28–32 mm). Measure the inside diameter of your drain opening before ordering, and check that the drain has enough space for the stopper and filter basket.
How do I install it?
Remove your existing stopper and clean around the drain opening. Insert the new stopper into the compatible drain, then press the top a few times to check that it opens and closes freely. Fill the sink with a little water to check the seal. Some existing stopper assemblies may need to be detached before removal.
How does the pop-up function work?
Press the top cap to close the stopper and hold water in the sink. Press it again to open the stopper and let the water drain.
What does the filter basket catch?
The removable mesh basket helps catch hair and small debris before they enter the drain. Empty it regularly to keep water flowing freely and reduce buildup.
How do I clean the stopper and basket?
Lift out the stopper and remove the filter basket. Clear away trapped hair and debris, then rinse with warm water. Use mild soap and a soft brush if needed. Reassemble the parts and place the stopper back into the drain. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
What materials is it made from?
It features a stainless steel stopper and filter basket, an ABS middle body, silicone sealing rings, and a brass pop-up core. Rinse away soap residue and clean the basket regularly as part of everyday care.
Can I use it in a bathtub or shower drain?
This model is intended for compatible bathroom sink drains. It is not suitable for bathtub or shower drains. Always compare your sink's drain dimensions and fittings before ordering.
What should I check if water drains slowly or the sink will not hold water?
If water drains slowly, open the stopper fully and empty the filter basket. If the sink will not hold water, check that the stopper is closed, the silicone sealing ring is seated correctly, and the drain opening is clean. An incompatible drain size or shape may prevent a proper seal.
